If we work together, that engagement is governed by a separate signed agreement, and nothing on this page changes it.

What the site is for
This site describes who Cullen + Rose are and what we do. It is published for information. Nothing on it is an offer, a proposal, a quote, or a commitment to take on work, and nothing on it creates a client relationship.
Nothing here is legal, financial, investment, tax or accounting advice, and it should not be relied on as any of those.
Results and figures
The site describes outcomes from specific engagements with specific clients, in specific market conditions. Those figures relate to that work and are provided as examples of it.
Past results are not a prediction or a guarantee of future results. Marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside any agency's control, and nothing on this site should be read as a promise of a particular return, valuation, ranking or level of performance.
Our content
The text, design, layout, code, structure and original graphics on this site belong to Cullen + Rose or are used with permission. You may read the site, share links to it, and quote briefly from it with attribution.
Without our written permission, please do not:
- republish substantial parts of the site as your own
- copy the design or code for a competing site
- use our name, logo or content in a way that implies we endorse you or work with you
- scrape the site to build a derivative or commercial dataset

Client engagements are separate
If you become a client, the terms of that work — scope, fees, confidentiality, ownership of deliverables, data processing, liability and termination — are set out in the signed agreement between us. That agreement governs the engagement, and where it conflicts with anything on this page, the agreement controls.
Governing law
Where we are working with you under a signed agreement, that agreement's governing law and dispute-resolution provisions control.
For use of this website alone, these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of these terms or out of your use of this site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Connecticut, and you agree to the jurisdiction of those courts.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The current version is always the one on this page, and the date at the top shows when it last changed.
